As a SAHM I run a solo operation, alongside of homeschooling my children. If you wish to have your order rushed, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do what I can to meet your needs! I am not responsible for loss or damages to packages in transit. If you need to file a damage claim, please do so by completing a damage form with USPS and follow their protocol. You may need to retain the package until the claim is approved. A separate order will need to be placed to replace damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

Returns

At this time, I am currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. However, if there is something wrong with your order or if you need to cancel before shipment, please contact me at Contact@BirthingLactationKnowledge.com. In the subject header please note your reasoning for example: "need address change/cancel order".

Shipping

All products are shipped from Florida, USA. Orders will be shipped between 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after placing your order. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped. Please contact me with any questions regarding your order only after 7 business days have passed.
